If someone joined your Satisfactory server before you and claimed it, you can unclaim it and claim it yourself.
Delete only the
ServerSettingsfile. Leave everything else in the folder as it is.
/.config/Epic/FactoryGame/Saved/SaveGames.ServerSettings. and your server port in its name, for example ServerSettings.7777.sav.Join the server. You are asked to claim it again, as in How to Set Up Your Satisfactory Server.
