Raise the experience cap for dinos on your ARK: Survival Ascended server with one line in Game.ini, so your dinos can keep gaining experience and levels.
Stop your server before you edit the file. Changes made while the server is online are not applied.
Open the Game.ini file with a text editor.
Add or change these lines. If the [/script/shootergame.shootergamemode] section already exists, add the setting under it instead of adding the section a second time.

OverrideMaxExperiencePointsDino=209999999
Adjust the value if necessary. 209999999 sets a very high experience cap for dinos, so they can keep gaining experience.
Save the file and start your server.
Level a tamed dino in game. It keeps gaining experience instead of stopping at the old cap.
The server was running while you edited the file. Stop the server, make the change again, save, then start the server.
