Applies to: Enshrouded on the Gravel Host Panel · Time: about 5 minutes · Difficulty: Beginner
Join your Enshrouded server by searching for its name in the game, or by adding it to your Steam favorites. There are two methods: if one does not work, try the other.
¶ Before you start
- An Enshrouded server with Gravel Host. No server yet? Get one here
- For Method 1, a custom server name set on your server.
- For Method 2, your server IP and query port. The query port is your server port plus 1.
- The server password, if you set one.
¶ Steps
¶ Method 1: Join in-game
- Launch Enshrouded, click Play, then click Join to open the server list.
- Click Search For Server Name, type your server name in the search bar and press Enter.
- Select your server and click Join. If the server has a password, enter it.
¶ Method 2: Steam favorites
- In the Steam client, open Game Servers (View > Game Servers).
- Open the Favorites tab and click +.
- Add your server as
IP:QueryPort, for example123.123.123.123:port+1. - Start Enshrouded. Your server is shown at the top of the server list.
¶ Check it worked
You load into your server's world. If the server has a password, the game asks for it first.
¶ Troubleshooting
¶ Your server does not show up in the list
Make sure the server is running and that you searched for its exact name. If it still does not appear, use Method 2 and check that you added the query port (server port plus 1), not the server port.
